The Commodore Ballroom is fully wheelchair accessible. Elevator access is available through the main entrance on Granville Street.
The Commodore Ballroom is a General Admission room with limited table seating. It is recommended that guests hoping to secure seats arrive early or contact the Commodore Ballroom in advance about possible table reservations. Download seating plan.
Guest restrooms are located on the mezzanine level and main floor of the venue.
Re-entry is not permitted for any guest upon leaving the venue.
The Commodore Ballroom has two ATMs located near the coat check booth.

Most events at the Commodore Ballroom are restricted to 19 years and older. All-Ages events are identified as such. Please refer to the Calendar section for specific information.
All patrons are required to show 2 pieces of Government issued ID. One piece must have name, date of birth, photo, and signature.
